Hey everyone! Welcome back to another edition of our free daily MLB FanDuel lineups. We will be putting together a lineup with a salary of $35,000. As always the main objective when putting these lineups together is to find the best value picks, so you can splurge on much more expensive superstars in other positions. Good luck!

Marco Gonzales @LOS, Seattle Mariners, $7,700
For most of this season Marco Gonzales has been consistent. He’s close to a strikeout per inning and has had nine quality starts in 18 games played. He’s 9-5 with a 3.64 ERA and 1.23 WHIP, and he is coming off back to back incredible outings. His numbers against the Angels aren’t good, but that is why he was one of the cheaper pitching options to go with.
Mitch Moreland vs TEX, Boston Red Sox, $3,100
Aside from the usual star power that resides in the Red Sox locker room, they also have solid options around those big names. One of those include Mitch Moreland, who has been nothing but consistent for Boston all season. He’s hitting .285 with 11 homers, 45 RBI’s and 42 runs. Plus, he’s had solid experience against Bartolo Colon going 4-for-15 with four runs, a double, two homers and three RBI’s. No brainer.
Dee Gordon @LAA, Seattle Mariners, $3,200
Gordon has been excellent for the Mariners this season, but he hasn’t been the superstar he was in Miami. He’s still hitting .284 to go with 21 RBI’s, 41 runs and 22 stolen bases, which is tied for fourth in the MLB. When you add that Gordon has gone 3-for-6 against Barria this season, the $3,200 is a steal.
Jurickson Profar @BOS, Texas Rangers, $3,300
This was a tough pick to make as Profar has been on a tear lately hitting .353 through seven games in July. Despite the tough matchup against Chris Sale tonight, I’m still giving Profar the nod considering his salary is at just $3,300.
Tim Anderson vs STL, Chicago White Sox, $2,900
This is easily the best value pick of the lineup. There have been other days when I’ve contemplated picking Anderson. He’s an average hitter and solid base runner, and his salary has usually always been under $3,000. This time I’m going with him because of the pitching matchup he has today against Luke Weaver.
David Peralta @COL, Arizona Diamondbacks, $3,900
Peralta has been as solid as they come for the division leading Diamondbacks. While Goldschmidt was trying to find his form early on in the year, it was Peralta who gave the Diamondbacks a solid presence in the lineup. He has a .290 batting average to go with 52 RBI’s, 43 runs and 16 homers, which is just one away from a career high.
Khris Davis @HOU, Oakland Athletics, $3,400
Khris Davis has been a solid power hitter for the Athletics this season as he’s averaging .248 to go with 21 homers, 60 RBI’s and 49 runs. He’s usually a bit more expensive then $3,400, but his matchup against Lance McCullers Jr. definitely brings down his value. However, despite going 1-for-7 against him this year he was 3-for-3 against him last year, so there is potential for a big game.
Brett Gardner @BAL, New York Yankees, $3,200
This veteran outfielder has been an excellent presence for the Yankees lineup. He’s averaging a solid .257 to go with seven homers, 40 walks, 28 RBI’s and 51 runs. When you add the fact that Gardner has gone 6-for-16 in his career against Bundy, I like the value you get here.
Manny Machado vs NYY, Baltimore Orioles, $4,300
Machado is easily the most talented guy we have here in our lineup, so it was necessary to keep him for last. Machado is coming off a two home run, three RBI game against the Yankees, and the matchup he has tonight against Sonny Gray suggests another one isn’t too far behind. He’s gone 3-for-6 with a double, home run and three RBIs against Gray this season.
