Line/Odds: Seton Hall (-3.5) Over/Under: 148
The 13-10 Creighton Bluejays
come in to the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ for a Saturday night match-up vs the Seton Hall Pirates who are 13-9. This will be their first meeting of the season. Both teams are 4-6 in their last 10 games and both teams also have an identical Big East Conference record of 4-6 as well.
The Bluejays almost pulled off a huge upset in their last game vs 14th-ranked Villanova, losing in overtime by a score of 66-59. Davion Mintz led Creighton in scoring with 19 points and Martin Krampelj added 13 points along with 10 rebounds. The Blue Jays were playing short-handed in this one after losing two starters to injuries, including the team’s leading scorer Ty-Shon Alexander, who is averaging 17 points per game. Marcus Zegarowski, who is third on the team in scoring averaging 10.9 points per game, suffered a broken hand, so he will be missing some significant time. Krampelj is second on the team in scoring averaging 12 points per game and he leads the team in rebounding with 6.4 boards per game. In their previous game they were able to blowout Xavier (11-12) by a score of 76-54. Krampelj was able to match his career high with 23 points on 8 of 11 shooting and he was perfect from the free throw line making 7 out of 7 attempts. Zegarowski contributed with 13 points on 5 of 7 shooting from the field. It was Greg McDermott’s 200th career victory as head coach at Creighton. Creighton is currently fourth in the nation in both field goal percentage shooting 50%, and 41% shooting from three point range.

Seton Hall vs Creighton Men’s College Basketball Free Predictions
Creighton has the offensive firepower and shooting efficiency, however, Seton Hall has played well defensively as of late, only allowing 66 points per game in their last two. If Myles Powell can take over offensively, look for Seton Hall to come out on top and cover the spread. Look for this game to go over 148 total points, due to the shooting ability of Creighton.
My Pick: Seton Hall +3.5
