Georgia Bulldogs (11-1) vs. Auburn Tigers (10-2)

NCAA Football: Saturday, December 2nd, 2017, 4:00 PM @ Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Line: Auburn Tigers -140        Spread: Auburn -2       Over/Under: 49

The Georgia Bulldogs are just 3 weeks removed from the 40-17 beat down the Auburn Tigers gave them when first they met. This time, however, the game will be played in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia so the Bulldogs will have the 12th man at their back. Plus, this game has far more meaning than the last one as the winner takes the SEC Championship. The Georgia Bulldogs will be looking at Freshman Quarterback, Jake Fromm, and Senior Running Back, Nick Chubb to lead them to victory. Fromm has had a decent freshman season as he has thrown for 1,990 yards, 19 touchdowns, and only 5 interceptions. Chubb has had yet another solid year as he has rushed for 1,098 yards and 13 touchdowns.

The Auburn Tigers are heading to Atlanta looking to keep on winning. They already beat Georgia once when they were ranked #1. They just beat the almighty Alabama Crimson Tide who were also ranked #1. Now it’s for all the marbles. With the SEC Championship on the line, Auburn will look towards Sophomore Quarterback, Jarrett Stidham and Junior Running Back, Kerryon Johnson to pave the way. Stidham has been a game manager all season long as he rarely turns the ball over. He has thrown for 2,682 yards along with 16 touchdowns and just 4 interceptions. Johnson, who suffered a shoulder injury against Alabama, is trying to get better before game time and boy does Auburn need him. Johnson has rushed for 1,276 yards with an astounding 17 touchdowns on the campaign. If they want to beat Georgia again, they need a full squad.

Current trends courtesy of CTS365:

  • Georgia is 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games
  • Georgia is 9-3 SU in their last 12 games when playing Auburn
  • Auburn is 5-0 SU in their last 5 games at home
  • Auburn is 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games against Georgia

Another banger this Saturday!!! Can the Georgia Bulldogs avenge their earlier loss to the Auburn Tigers? Will the Auburn Tigers continue their winning ways? Is the earth actually flat? Yes. No. Maybe. Ok, so I definitely like Auburn this year as I just picked them to beat Alabama last week. However, the home field advantage goes to the Bulldogs as this revenge game will be played in Atlanta. In college football, that is a big advantage. I also don’t like the injury to Kerryon Johnson. Shoulder injuries are tough on running backs since they drop the shoulder just about every run. While Auburn has played exceptionally this year, I just don’t think they will be able to pull it off on the road. I am taking Georgia at +120 to win the game. As for the Earth being flat, spoiler alert. It’s not. Good luck opn Saturday and remember to follow u as we keep picking winners. All you have to do is visit us at and see for yourself! Good luck!

  Pick: Georgia Bulldogs +120

The Rose Bowl will be the first time @OU_Football and @FootballUGA have ever met. I noticed that both schools have openings for 2023 and 2027. Perhaps a potential home and home? I know some #Sooners that would love to visit Athens

Congrats to @FootballUGA commits & current @NGHSFootball center @warericson54 & long snapper @payneBwalker on beating @CCPackersFball 19-17 to finish your high school football careers as the 2017 @OfficialGHSA region 7-AAAAAAA state champions. Go Dawgs Woof Woof ☺🐶🏈🔴⬛
