Moneyline: Ravens -265 , Bills +225
Over/Under: 44; Ravens -6.5 (-265)
Two of the top teams with elite rushing ability and defense will battle head to head in one of the must-watch games in Week 14. The Baltimore Ravens head to New Era Field for an AFC clash against the Buffalo Bills. Both teams have made great storylines this season, as Baltimore holds the No.1 seed in the AFC, Buffalo securing the AFC Wild Card spot.
Week 14’s matchup is crucial for both teams. A Baltimore win will lead to clinching a playoff berth, while a Buffalo win, along with losses by the Texans, Colts, and Raiders will result in them clinching a playoff berth. Who will come out victorious in the end? Will it be the Ravens on the road or the Bills at home?
Ravens On A Hot Streak
After a 40-25 loss to the Clevland Browns in Week 4, Baltimore buckled down and has won their last 8 games, and has won 10 of their 12 games.
The main player leading the way to their success is QB Lamar Jackson. Nearly every game this season, he has wowed spectators and fans with his insane running ability, as well as his passing ability. He is ranked first in QBR among quarterbacks (81.6) and 2nd in touchdowns (25).
On the other side of the game, the Ravens defense has stepped up and has been elite in the team’s 8-game winning streak. They are currently ranked fifth in points allowed and sixth in rushing defense. Playing in Buffalo can be a challenge, but Baltimore’s offense and defense is something special.
Buffalo Playing Well On Both Sides
The Buffalo Bills have made an impressive turnaround this season after finishing last season with a 6-10 record. Their 26-15 Thanksgiving victory against the Cowboys gave the world a chance to see that Buffalo is the real deal.
In their last three games, Buffalo has outscored their opponents 83-38. Their defense in those three games has allowed only one takeaway. What to look out for in this game is more improvement from WR Cole Beasley. After not scoring any touchdowns the first five games of the seasons, he has recorded 5 touchdowns in the Bills last seven games.
This matchup is going to be one of the most anticipated matchups for good reasons. Both Buffalo and Baltimore have defenses that have made tremendous improvements in the season. Both Buffalo and Baltimore have quarterbacks that are playing beyond expectations. However, Baltimore right now is just on another level. This season has been an eyeopener to everyone that Lamar Jackson is the real deal and in this game, there’s no doubt that he will deliver.
