The Steelers are coming off a pivotal win as they defeated the undefeated Chiefs 19-13 last Sunday. This week they host a red hot Bengals team that has won two straight games and coming off their bye week last week after starting the season 0-3. This key divisional game is very important for each team coming into this week.

Steelers Wide Receiver Antonio Brown had has best game of the season last week as he had 8 receptions for 155 receiving yards and a touchdown. Steelers running back Le’veon Bell also had a tremendous game as he had 32 carries for 179 rushing yards and a touchdown on the day. The Steelers are looking for  both of them to start to continue to produce in order for them to maintain competing in the AFC North.

On the other hand, the Bengals are coming off a bye week last week but have won two straight games against the Browns and the Bills. Before the bye week wide receiver A.J. Green had a tremendous game as he had 7 receptions  for 189 receiving yards and a touchdown against the Bills a couple of weeks ago. Bengals quarter back Andy Dalton is looking a little more like himself for these couple of weeks as he went 22 for 36 for 328 passing yards and a touchdown against the BillsA little fun fact to know about the two teams in the history between the the two the Steelers lead the regular season series 56-35-0 and 2-0 in the postseason against the Bengals.Look for the defenses to be the main key in this game as both teams come into play first and second in the league in allowing passing yards.

Le’veon Bell should have a strong game today as the Bengals are 14th in the league against stopping the run. Ben Roethlisberger has taken some criticism this year for not being his regular self this year as earlier in the offseason he was contemplating on whether to retire or not. Last week he was 17 for 25 with 252 passing yards against the Chiefs. Look for him to be aggressive and try to attack this Bengals defense as he has been impressive his last two starts. Bengals need more consistency from the running back position this year as Jeremy Hill and Joe Mixon as both of them have combined for 285 rushing yards in only five games this season. This could be the day where they can break out as they face a Steelers defense that is ranked 23rd this season against the run.

Bengals A.J. Green wants to continue his recent success it is going to be tough as they face the number 1 passing defense in the league. Look for Dalton to keep an eye on his top wide receiver in this game. The Bengals earlier today have placed tight end Tyler Eifert (back) on injured reserve ending his 2017 season.
