Free NFL Pick Cleveland Browns VS Pittsburgh Steelers

On Sunday the Cleveland Browns are going for history. With a loss, the Brownies will complete the most impressive and exciting feat short of an undefeated season: running the table in reverse. It is really hard to lose every game in the NFL. Yes, the Browns are terrible, but they still have NFL caliber talent on the roster. Most teams can trip over a win or two throughout the course of an NFL season.

The Browns have broken 20 points just three times this season, cementing themselves at the bottom of the points per game rankings. They are 26th in passing and 19th in rushing yards per game as well as 31st in time of possession. Rookie QB DeShone Kizer has not proven himself to be a franchise quarterback, likely prompting the Browns to take his replacement after just one season in the upcoming quarterback-centric draft. He and a lot of his teammates will be playing with the mindset of leaving a good last impression on the coaching staff and front office to keep their jobs for next season.

The Steelers, on the other hand, are headed to the playoffs at worst as the 2-seed. With a win and a Patriots loss, the Steelers would capture the number one seed and home field throughout the playoffs. Either Mike Tomlin does not care about home-field or he really does not respect the Cleveland Browns. No matter what the reason, it is confirmed that Big Ben and Le’Veon Bell will not play against the Browns. Antonio Brown is, of course, still out with a calf injury that he is resting until the playoffs.

Vegas still has the Steelers as a touchdown favorite, despite the stars sitting out. Look for Landry Jones and James Conner to lead the way in the Pittsburgh backfield.

Landry Jones’ singular good game in his NFL career came the last time we saw him play a full game. That performance came against, you guessed it, the Cleveland Browns. With that being said, Jones has never been a guy that is going to come in and light it up. He will not have a full complement of weapons against the Browns as he did last time.

The Browns are playing for pride in the final game of a winless season. As I said earlier, there are a lot of players on this roster who are playing to put themselves in a position to have a job going into next season. Will the Browns win this game? Probably not. But a touchdown is too much here. Trusting the Browns sounds crazy, but they should cover the seven-point spread here.

#Brewers are looking for middle infield help, obviously, after missing out on Machado.

Counsell's take on two outs on bases that cost #Brewers big inning in fifth: Broxton made a mistake and it was the right thing to send Miley with two outs. "It was the right play."

Miley on #Brewers seven-game losing streak: "There’s a little sense of urgency but it’s not like we’re flat-out playing bad baseball. Rich Hill threw the ball great tonight. This game is hard. We’ve just got to keep grinding away, chipping away, and things will turn around."

Jansen strikes out Aguilar on high 94 mph fastball and #Brewers lose to Dodgers 6-4. That's seven consecutive losses and and eight out of nine.

How big is Hernandez's HR in top of ninth now? Yelich triples in two runs in bottom of inning but #Brewers still trail 6-4. Aguilar vs. Jansen with two down. Good matchup here.
