NFL FUTURE WIN TOTALS OVER/UNDER ATLANTA FALCONS
The Falcons are looking good and poised this year as they were able to secure the preseason number 4 ranking in the NFL training camp, right behind the Green Bay Packers. For the 2016 season the Falcons had an impressive record of 11-5, but shocked people by having a solid playoff run and nearly defeating the New England Patriots. Atlanta was up the entire game against Patriots, but had the greatest Superbowl collapse losing 34-28. This year the Falcons have a low roster of 90, and are in one of the most competitive divisions. Matt Ryan, the reigning MVP, has some heavy hitters surrounding him with a solid running back for the future with Devonta Freeman.
ATLANTA FALCONS 10 WINS OVER/UNDER: OVER
The Falcons had a prodigious season defeating majority of the teams and making it into the 2016 Superbowl. The falcons came to play as they had the Patriots beat in the second quarter 21-3. With some impressive rookies coming in and with majority of players returning the Falcons are motivated to do just as well as last season, maybe even better. Tevin Coleman, Julio Jones, Taylor Gabriel are also factors on the team and should play a role in bringing them far. Defense has been the Falcons weakness early on last season but they later improved and have bought in a few defensive factors such as Dontari Poe and Takkirist McKinley.
Losing such a large lead in the Superbowl is something that is hard to get over. The Falcons will use that motivation hopefully to win 10 games and maybe be at the top of the NFC again. The main thing the Falcons need to work on is their mental toughness and they need to be ready to get back on their game despite their shortcomings last year in the Superbowl. The Falcons are ranked first in points with 38.3, 2nd in yards with 415.8 and 3rd in the league 295.3.

I am banking on the Atlanta Falcons having a prestigious 2017 season. I have them winning a plurality of their games at least making it to double digits and being put in a push/win situation is never bad. I have a feeling the Falcons are going to make a strong come back and won’t be hanging their heads. Even though we should see improvements with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints, I don’t think they are on the same level as the NFC Champs. The Falcons beat majority of teams with speed and quick passes whether to Julio or Freeman in the backfield. At this moment I don’t see any NFC South defenses slowing them down again this year. Especially having the Falcons in their brand new Mercedes-Benz Stadium we expect an even bigger home field advantage than their previous location. Ride the dirty birds to over 10 years for the 2017 NFL season.
