NHL Scores Arizona Coyotes vs. San Jose Sharks

The San Jose Sharks are headed to the desert tonight to take on the Arizona Coyotes on their home turf. They will be at the Gila River Arena in Glendale tonight, and they had better have their game face on because the Coyotes are second in their division. Unfortunately, the Sharks are a team with a less-than-perfect offense and a ho-hum defense. They average 2.64 goals per game while they have given up just over 3.2 goals per game. If they are going to have a chance in this game, it will be on the back of their star Logan Couture, who so far has notched 14 goals and 22 assists.

Alternately, the Coyotes have been doing much better on the season, and they will be looking for a way to snap the three-game losing streak they are on with a victory tonight. If that happens for them, chances are it will be because of Conor Garland or Nick Schmaltz. Whoever comes out on top, it will be a fun and physical ice hockey game for you to watch and wager on.

San Jose Sharks

The San Jose Sharks will have Martin Jones tending the goals tonight, and he has a 3.19 GAA and an 89 percent save percentage. If Jones is on his game tonight, it will be a low-scoring affair for the Arizona Coyotes. Jones has held 2 out of the last 3 teams he's face to just one goal.

Arizona Coyotes

Arizona is a very defensive-minded team. For example, they have held most of their opposing teams to just 2.54 goals per game. Moreover, they are averaging 2.74 goals per game, making them above water in the scoring department. There is no question that Arizona has the advantage against San Jose simply because they are the better team. However, there is a possibility that their momentum (or lack thereof) could give San Jose a window.
