Team News West Brom: West Brom are in last place in the league and show no signs of surging up the table. While it is close, they lack skill, depth and desire. They are the worst team in the league for a reason, and it shows when they play. Their defense is poor, they do not score goals and they are sloppy passers. They are led by Jay Rodriguez and Solomon Rondon with 5 goals each and Chris Brunt has 6 assists. Burnley are by no means the best team in the league, but they have something West Brom doesn’t: work ethic. Their last five games speak for themselves: LLLLL. They are 9 points back from safety, and barring any sort of “miracle” are all but headed for the Championship next season.

Team News Swansea City: The Swans currently sit 14/20 in the Premier League table and are 3 points away from the 18th place and the dreaded relegation zone. Swansea struggled after selling midfield star Gylfi Sigurdsson over the summer, but have found their way as of late under new management. They have no production from up front and without anyone to put the ball into the back of the net,  which often means they are unable to get results. They are led by Jordan Ayew with 6 goals, and Tammy Abraham with 4. Carlos Carvalhal was appointed manager of the Swans on December 27th and struggled to implement his style into the team at first, but has now dragged them from 20/20 to 14/20. Again, a loss today could see them fall into the relegation zone. With less than consistent play this season, the Welsh squad has continued to disappoint, with their last 5 results being: DWWLL.

West Brom’s record in their last five speaks for itself: LLLLL. Swansea may have snuck out of the relegation zone but they are far from a talented side. This match will end in a draw, with both teams lacking any sort of killer instinct in and around the box.

Pick: Draw 21/10
